Getting Back on Track and Cute Kitten Photos

_DSC7978 Time to get back on the health kick, my friends! My sister's wedding is in September and I asked her to buy me a size 8 bridesmaid dress, the ultimate fitspo (fitness inspo). SO, I got to to get my butt back in shape! It can and will be done (probably even before schedule).

Steps I have been taking to meet my goal: 1. Jillian Michaels- 30 Day Shred 2. Yoga 3. Lots of yummy clean eating 4. Vitamins 5. Water, water, water

Tonight I made a weird smoothie concoction (pictured above) with the ends of Asparagus (I was going to throw them away anyway), blackberries, raspberry greek yogurt, frozen strawberries (not pictured), and some organic skim milk (not pictured). I used my new Bella blender to combine the ingredients. I tried it first without the strawberries, and the asparagus taste was too strong to be enjoyable. It was much, much better with strawberries added.


I also roasted up the good ends of the Asparagus (pictured above) for an after workout snack. Mmmm, roasted veggies are my favorite. <3 Asparagus, olive oil, salt, and pepper is all you need for this tasty treat. Next time, I may lighten up the salt. I swear one day I will have high blood pressure problems.

Oh, and these little, sleepy babies (pictured below) are making my evening. Enjoy. : ]






& then there is that ^^ ! I'm dying. LOL I will totally do that to my future daughter one day and it will be GREAT.
